In addition to the Applicant’s name and contact details it is useful to supply, in so far as possible, the Name of the Irish born Ancestor the Approximate Date of Birth , The likely Place of Birth (Parish/County), The Religion of Ancestor, the Parents of Ancestor and any other known relations.
